Delivery and Returns
U.K. and R.O.I. Deliveries
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours from the confirmation and payment of the item required. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on a Monday. All orders placed after 1100hrs daily will be dispatched the next working day (Friday after 1100hrs will be Monday dispatch), providing the item is in stock. If the item happens to be out of stock we will advise you on the expected availability date by e-mail or telephone call. We will dispatch to a different shipping address but will carry out checks, to protect ourselves and our customers. Shoes available for order and delivery may not always be box fresh, due to being tried on in the shop, however we will endeavour to, whenever possible, send out box fresh shoes to all our customers.
If an item is unsuitable or not what was expected, please feel free to return it to us either by returning it to the shop in person or returning it via post or courier service, this cost will be incurred by yourself and not reimbursable from McCreadys Shoes. All purchases can be returned within 14 days. Please ensure that when trying on shoes they have been worn on carpeted surfaces and are fit for resale. When returning items they must be in an unworn state and in their original packaging / box and must have original labels still attached to them. Please include your proof of purchase with all returns to enable a full refund.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage or delivery number (if using a courier service) when retuning goods. If the goods are returned in an unfit condition McCreadys have the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any damaged goods must be reported to us directly within 24 hours of receipt.
We will process your refund the same day, where possible. Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to show in your account. We will only refund the amount for the goods and do not refund delivery charges.
McCreadys will not charge an administration fee for all Returns.
McCreadys are not responsible for goods that may be lost in post or transit, whist being returned.

Please complete the relevant sections of the Returns/Exchanges paperwork enclosed with your purchase. Please include your proof of purchase with all Exchanges (in store or by post).
